Welcome to Multan Chanab Mango. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (multanchanabmango.com) and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About Multan Chanab Mango

Multan Chanab Mango is a premium online mango store based in Multan, Pakistan. We source fresh, export-quality Chaunsa, Anwar Ratol, Sindhri, White Chaunsa, Black Chaunsa, and other seasonal mango varieties directly from our farms and trusted orchards in the Multan and Chanab region. Our mission is to deliver authentic, carbide-free mangoes to customers across Pakistan.

2. Order Placement

  • All orders must be placed through our website or via WhatsApp as listed on our Contact page
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete
  • Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS after successful placement
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspicious activity, or inability to deliver to the specified location
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Product Quality & Description

Multan Chanab Mango takes great pride in the quality of our products. All mangoes are:

  • 100% carbide-free and naturally ripened under the Multan sun
  • Hand-sorted and hand-packed by our trained team before dispatch
  • Dispatched unripe to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and ripen naturally at your home within 3-5 days after delivery
  • Sourced directly from orchards in Multan and the Chanab belt of Punjab, Pakistan

    Please Note: Natural products may have slight variations in size, color, and appearance due to seasonal and weather factors. This is a natural characteristic and does not indicate poor quality. Product images on our website are for illustration purposes. Actual fruit color and size may vary slightly.

 

4. Pricing

  • All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of packaging
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown before order confirmation
  • Free delivery is available on orders that meet the minimum order weight or value as shown on the product page
  • Prices are subject to change during the season due to market conditions, but your confirmed order price will be honored
  • Multan Chanab Mango is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international shipments

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept don’t Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan
  • Bank transfer (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account) is also accepted — details provided at checkout
  • Payment must be made at the time of order we don’t accept delivery for COD orders
  • We do not accept cheques. Multan Chanab Mango reserves the right to refuse delivery if payment is not available at the time of delivery for COD orders.

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery Timeframe

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other major cities. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

6.2 Delivery Handling

Mangoes are packed in high-quality, ventilated boxes with individual foam nets to prevent bruising during transit. Despite best efforts, rare cases of slight bruising may occur during courier handling — this is beyond our control once the parcel is handed to the courier.

6.3 Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your order through the courier’s official website.

6.4 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel. A re-delivery fee may apply. Multan Chanab Mango is not liable for product quality in case of failed delivery due to customer error.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • If you receive mangoes that are significantly damaged or rotten due to a packaging or quality issue on our end, please send us a WhatsApp message with photos within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or partial refund based on the extent of the issue
  • Returns are NOT accepted for mangoes that have been fully ripened, partially consumed, or stored incorrectly by the customer
  • Natural ripening spots, minor skin blemishes, or slight variation in size are not grounds for return
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3-7 business days via the original payment method

8. Intellectual Property

All content on multanchanabmango.com — including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Multan Chanab Mango. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Multan Chanab Mango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability to any customer is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

Multan Chanab Mango reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
